TRAIL RIDES, LESSONS AND SUMMER CAMP
Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center is located in one of the most scenic areas in Southern California. Adjacent to Rancho Sierra Vista National Park and the Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture Center, we have access to miles of beautiful trail riding.
Lessons are now available at Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center! We offer beginner through intermediate lessons for children and adults teaching basic equitation in either English or Western riding styles. Our certified instructors focus on safety, education and fun!
Our lessons are $60 per rider
1 rider - 1/2 hour private
2 riders - 45 mins semi private
3 or more riders - 1 hour group

We also have Intro to Horsemanship, Intro to Horseback riding and camp programs available in partnership with Conejo Recreation and Park District. These programs are open to the community and include basic horse care, grooming and tacking and basic equitation in either English or Western riding styles. Registration is available through CRPD.
We are pleased to announce that our Trail Lesson Program is up and running again. Hourly trail rides are available for ages 7 years and up, maximum 5 riders (max weight 200lbs). We offer trail rides on Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 9.30am and 11.30am and Sunday at 9.00am and 10.30am. (Check the website for availability as special events sometimes change scheduled ride times). Hourly guided trail rides are $65 per person and must be reserved and paid for in advance.
